How do you change the color of an image in Photoshop CS3 to black?
I’ve tried many different ways, for example the color replacement brush and the hue/saturation option, but every time the outcome is gray/silver.
How can I change the image to black (without it being just solid) and not gray?
Well, desaturate it (CTRL+SHIFT+U) then hit (CTRL+L) to bring up “levels”, then move both arrows (the black and white ones, not the grey one in the middle) into the middle. Mess around with this a bit.
I also believe there is an option to actually choose black and white mode in Microsoft Word if that makes things easier.
