you can do that with photoshop but it would take alot of explaining and experimenting … what i use for things like that is a very easy app to figure out that allows u to import various images and resize them and build them on a background and add text on an easily adjustable canvas size … its very intuitive to use and u could figure it out in a few minuets of tinkering … Logo-Creator
