Do you have to sign anything for Guys Gone Wild to use your picture?
I was downtown the other night and some random girls started undoing my pants and I admit I was intoxicated and went with it. Well a guy I didn’t see took a picture of my manhood and I’m not too sure if that picture was going to be reproduced. No pun intended. What I need to know is if you need to sign off an “ok” for someone to use a dirty picture of yourself for money. I live in Texas if come downs to it.
They can’t legally do anything without your written consent. If they do you can sue them.
